Abstract

This article analyzes the prescriptions of Resolution CNE/CP 01/2020 which provides for the continued training of basic education teachers with a view to the continued training of teachers for Countryside Education. The research is qualitative, based on analysis of the Resolution in reference and bibliographic review with State of the Art research data. The results show the predominance of the epistemology of practice as a guide for teaching work and fragility in the regulation of continuing education for countryside teachers, in addition to signs of precarious teaching. It is concluded that despite the condition of continued training for countryside teachers being emerging, the capitalist system has been forging educational proposals that take into account its dominant interests, such as normative acts that reduce the role of the educator to knowing how to do it, distorting the social function of education.
