Abstract

This work aims to describe how the pandemic has amplified the difficulties in accessing education, extending these conflicts to teaching activities, emphasizing that it is essential that these aspects be highlighted when thinking about post-pandemic education. Bibliographical research and qualitative analysis of this research were used as methodology. The main sources sought were articles published in the digital environment and on platforms such as Scielo, Google Scholar, and related newspapers, defined with a cut between the period of 2019 and 2021 so that studies were achieved that described and presented data about the reality of education public during the pandemic context. The results show the urgency of knowing and guiding in public policies the social and economic inequalities experienced during the pandemic, since they directly reflected on the quality of permanence and access to education of Brazilian students.
