Abstract

The Inclusive Education allows students to learn and to develop equally. Due to that, this study aimed: to investigate a public preschool, located in the state of São Paulo, in order to know its physical and pedagogical structure; and to comprehend which adaptations are necessary to effectively implement the inclusion in the regular education. The field methodology, with descriptive and qualitative analysis, consisted in the application of two questionnaires — for the teachers and for the managers. The results pointed that the participants feel incapacitated to work with the inclusion students, because they believe that, in order to attend this public, they need to have a training in Special Education, furthermore, since they don't have a teacher training that is appropriate to execute the inclusion, the interviewed professionals don't know how to provide this type of education.

Mestre em Educação (UNISAL), Especialista em Educação especial (FUNIP), Neuropsicopedagoga (USCS), atua como docente nas Faculdades Integradas Einstein de Limeira (FIEL), nos cursos de Pedagogia, Psicologia e Pós-graduação em Psicopedagogia e Neuropsicopedagogia. Participa do Programa de Iniciação Científica da FIEL (PAPIC). Tem experiência na área da Educação Inclusiva e Transtornos do desenvolvimento.
