Abstract

This study aims to discuss the inclusion actions of EJA - Youth and Adult Education students, with a view to their belonging. Educational policies and the need for dialogue and student reception are studied. The methodology used is qualitative with a bibliographic and documentary nature, developing the state of knowledge from searches for publications with the theme: Youth and Adult Education and public policies, on digital platforms of theses and dissertations, articles and periodicals, published in the last five years, from 2020 to 2024, and discussions in relation to the works of Paulo Freire. From this study, it was identified that there are numerous confrontations to be fought in order to prioritize EJA in educational policies, and thus, intensify actions to improve the quality of education, the inclusion of students and the reduction of educational inequalities in our country.
